PairHabit is a habit tracking application designed for couples. It allows partners to create shared habits, track streaks, and set reward stakes together.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the app to harass or harm your partner or others
Use automated systems to access the service
Impersonate another person
Attempt to reverse-engineer the application

5. Subscription Terms

Pricing: Premium is $4.99/month or $39.99/year
Per-couple: One partner's payment grants both partners Premium access
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the App Store
Refunds: Per Apple App Store refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

PairHabit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PairHabit. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app.

7. Disclaimers

PairHabit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PairHabit is not a substitute for professional relationship therapy or counseling. We make no guarantees about relationship outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We will provide at least 30 days notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
